PROJECT COORDINATOR
An exciting opportunity to join a top housing organisation, with a customer and people first approach, as a Project Coordinator in their policy and improvement team.
Role Purpose
You will coordinate an inspection and remediation project looking at cavity and fire barriers in customer's homes to ensure their homes are as safe as they can be.
The Role
You will be responsible for facilitating the day to day running of the Fire Stopping Remediation Project, ensuring that properties are inspected and remediated within the timeframe set out on the project.
You will build relationships and communicate effectively with contractors, developers and customers to ensure that work is completed to a high standard.
You'll collate data and produce reports, respond to queries and enquiries and be the 'go to' person to ensure that works are completed to a high standard.
Your Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
- You will have customer service experience ideally within the property or similar industry
- Ideally have some understanding of building/fire stopping remediation terminology
- Skilled in communicating with customers, colleagues and contractors, using various communication methods
- Used to managing your own workload and responding to queries quickly and efficiently
- Experience using various computer systems to record information
Your Personal Qualities:
- Passionate about delivering an excellent customer first experience
- Highly organised, excellent attention to detail
- Passion for the property industry
- Excellent IT skills, including MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Strong team player, with the ability to also work autonomously
Salary:
up to £23,000 - £28,000 depending on experience, plus competitive benefits

Basingstoke office location
Contract:
Full time, Monday - Friday, Fixed Term Contract position.
