Are you passionate about providing quality repairs services to customers? We've launched our in-house repairs service this month, dedicated to delivering top-notch repairs solutions to our valued customers.
As the Team Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in managing and supporting a team of multi-skilled trades, for either the North (Nottinghamshire) or South (Leicestershire).
Your duties will include recruiting, inducting, and managing performance. The role is Monday - Friday, 37 Hours per week.We're seeking an individual with a solid understanding of building maintenance issues, familiarity with resolving complaints, and recent experience in social housing environments or with a Registered Provider.
You will have a proven track record of delivering results in a fast paced and changing commercial environment with a focus on excellent customer service, value for money and productivity.
