The Thames Valley and Wessex Childrens and Young Peoples Operational Delivery Network is looking for an experienced driven project support officer.

As a Childrens Network we cover 6 Specialty commissioned Networks, including Paediatric Critical care, Surgery in Children, Paediatric Neurosciences, Childrens Cancer, Children and Young Adults Cancer and Children and Adults Congenital Heart Disease.

The post holder will provide administrative, organisational and project management support to each network. This role will support multiple projects across the Networks, often working on several projects at the same time. You will be joining a substantial team based across the region in a predominantly home working role. Supporting operational and project work as agreed. Providing a central point of contact for all stakeholders within the network.

You will assist each of the Networks, as well as the central management structure in the delivery of projects aligned to the ODN workplans.

You will be proficient at Project management and supporting multiple teams to deliver projects in a timely manner with good reporting and presentation skills.

You will need the ability to present information in a variety of formats and to a wide range of stakeholders.

You will work alongside a well-established team in a newly established structure predominantly from home, although travel across our region will be required as necessary.

Our team are based across the UK and this is a predominantly Home Working role.

We have well established communication streams, and you are able to access support whenever required from a supportive and experienced team.

We have regular team meetings and also opportunities to access office space and meeting venues when face to face meetings or events are necessary.

This role sits in the Administration Team overseeing the support and work of our 6 Networks.

You will have the support and management via one of the Network Managers and this role will in turn hold line management responsibility for the administartion team.
