- Strong experience as a UX Manager or in a senior UX design role
- Good leadership and people management skills, with a track record of leading and inspiring design teams
- Proficiency in user-centred design principles, design thinking, and UX methodologies
- Extensive experience with user research, usability testing, data-driven decision-making, QA & UAT
- Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar
- Solid understanding of web and mobile design best practices, as well as the latest trends and technologies in UX
- Experience with project organisation tools such as Jira, Trello etc.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and recommendations to diverse audiences

Our client, a global membership body, is looking for an experienced UX Manager to join their growing team.
Full-time and permanent.
Location: Hybrid role with a mix of home-working and working at our client's offices (in Lincolnshire) ca 1-2 days a week.
Starting salary: up to £55,000 + excellent benefits, including up to 12% employer pension contribution, life assurance plan, annual leave of 30 days + bank holidays.
The role
This newly created role will be responsible for leading our client's user experience design efforts for website platforms. The role's primary duty entails crafting user-centric designs and pathways that amplify customer satisfaction and foster favourable engagements with our client's brand. Additionally, this UX Manager will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding user experiences that captivate their customers and drive the organisation's success. The role has 2 direct reports.
