Description
We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable individual to join the team at a fast moving manufacturing operation to support the implementation and continued drive to improve across the manufacturing function.
Working with teams and operatives you will have demonstrable experience of working within a CI focussed role, engaging a workforce to do things differently to drive a better set of results, embedding the transformational strategy at site, primarily focussed on manufacturing but may also stretch to a wider remit.
You must have a CI qualification, ideally green belt, you will have operated in an FMCG environment and have the desire to drive and improve standards.
