Customer Service/Logistics Specialist
Office based role


Location:
Hull


Salary:
up to £26k depending


Hours:
Mon-Fri/ 8:30am-5:00pm


Grafton Recruitment are delighted to be working on behalf of a global business who are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their busy and expanding Hull team.


The role:


  • Assist with any audits internally and externally
  • Reporting and maintaining KPI's
  • Liaising with Clients and Customers to ensure on time deliveries
  • Processing of all sales orders
  • Issuing invoices to UK and Ireland customers.
  • Provide absence leave for the UK Logistics Coordinators
  • General Administration duties
  • Customer Service
  • Resolving customer queries and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Troubleshooting basic problems and liaising with other departments
  • Acknowledgement of all orders, reviewing stock availability and incoterms

You will need:


  • Import/Export experience
  • You will be on call 1 in 3 weeks
  • Strong IT Skills
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • 25 years of Logistics/Customer Service background
