What you'll be doing


As a Trainer at The Big Life group, your role will involve creating diverse workforce development and cultural training programs.

These programs aim to empower communities and organisations to deliver person-centred care, promoting cultural awareness. Your collaborative skills will be crucial in designing and developing training materials suitable for both online and in-person delivery.

What we need from you


You'll have:

  • Proven experience as a Trainer with a strong passion for community development, health, and wellbeing.
  • Excellent collaborative skills and the ability to work with others to design and develop effective training programs.
  • Skills in training others and organisations to deliver impactful programs.
What we will offer you in return

  • An annual salary of £28,854 (NJC point 17).
  • A fulltime, fixedterm contract for 35 hours a week, until 31 March 202 25 days holiday, and 30 once you've been here five years.
