What you'll be doing

As a Trainer at The Big Life group, your role will involve creating diverse workforce development and cultural training programs.

These programs aim to empower communities and organisations to deliver person-centred care, promoting cultural awareness. Your collaborative skills will be crucial in designing and developing training materials suitable for both online and in-person delivery.

What we need from you

You'll have:

Proven experience as a Trainer with a strong passion for community development, health, and wellbeing.
Excellent collaborative skills and the ability to work with others to design and develop effective training programs.
Skills in training others and organisations to deliver impactful programs.

What we will offer you in return

An annual salary of £28,854 (NJC point 17).
A fulltime, fixedterm contract for 35 hours a week, until 31 March 202 25 days holiday, and 30 once you've been here five years.
