We have a brilliant company based in Steyning. This company is in a remote location so you MUST be able to drive (there is free parking). This company is steadily growing and with revenue increasing they are looking to increase the administration team.

There is a total of 200 employees and the admin team consists of 4 now.

This will be a busy role with an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic business environment while contributing to process improvement initiatives.

Main duties as an Administrator:


  • Assisting with the associated paperwork for shipping of goods worldwide.
  • Raising purchase orders.
  • Liaising with suppliers.
  • Stock control and ordering of stationary and housekeeping items.
  • Printing and binding documents.
  • Answering calls and general customer services.
  • Offering support to Directors.
  • Assistance to Sales as required.

Desired Skills / Attributes

  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
