Salary:
Up to £36,000 per annum (On-site accommodation provided)

A well-established holiday park in Cumbria, renowned for providing memorable family holidays, are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to join their dynamic team.

The successful candidate will lead the kitchen team in delivering high-quality, delicious meals that exceed the expectations of guests, enhancing their holiday experience.

Lead and manage the kitchen team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of food services across the holiday park. Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a similar high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in food hygiene.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
