Gamma is expanding its UCaaS presence in Europe with a family of businesses focusing on digital automation, delivering Gamma-powered services to SME customers via a network of channel partners in Germany, Spain, and the Benelux region.

Please note, this role can be based from our London, Newbury or Manchester offices on a hybrid basis.

We are a dynamic and fast-growing publicly quoted telecoms business providing both fixed and mobile services.

We have a great opportunity for a Legal Counsel lawyer to assist the General Counsel in supporting the business in the UK.

This role carries certain responsibility and autonomy and will be based at the City of London office but with an opportunity to work in a hybrid manner.

You will provide quality legal advice and support on the legal and commercial issues that arise in Gamma's group business, which operates in a fast-moving and competitive technology and telecoms environment.

The role will focus on commercial contract work with an opportunity to be involved in other legal matters as required.

Provide high quality legal advice and support to commercial issues in the business
Create and maintain templates and legal documents
Partner with stakeholders across functions, Procurement, Commercial teams etc
Qualified with an upper-tier law firm with 5-7 years post qualification experience
Experience working with senior management in negotiating and drafting complex agreements
Commercial acumen – thinking as a business leader in decision making
