    Description
    The role will be responsible for all aspects of the recruitment process in Mobysoft to include:

    Direct candidate sourcing, screening and end to end to end management of the selection process.
    Accurate and timely maintenance of the Applicant Tracking System
    Management of Recruitment Agency relationships, being their sole point of contact.
    The role holder will be targeted at reducing time to hire, cost to hire and quality of hire across the organisation

    The role holder will work closely with the business to understand the functional requirements and culture fit to aid the business in finding quality candidates in a timely manner.

    The role holder will support the development of the employer brand, writing job adverts, maintaining the Mobysoft careers' website and raising the Mobysoft Employer Brand on Linked-in, Glassdoor and other social media.

    The role holder will work closely with the business to understand future hiring needs and build talent pipelines for future recruitment needs.

    The role holder will be responsible for recruitment reporting including time to hire and cost to hire
    Role models the organisation's culture of diversity in all its forms including diversity of thought processes.
    Takes ownership of own personal and professional development
    Minimum of 5 years' experience in recruitment ideally gained within the tech sector

    Experience of either working in or managing recruitment agency contracts and relationships
    Experience in employer branding
    Experience of working with external partners (eg, universities, business schools, public sector agencies) to optimise the employer brand and recruitment opportunities
    Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management
    Ability to work to tight deadlines and operate flexible working patterns to accommodate demand
    Ability to identify and influence decision makers and build relationships at senior business levels
    Ability to think and communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing
    Team player – sole SME within a small HR team
    Improved recruitment processes
