twentyAI are currently partnered with a Private Equity backed data business, who were recently acquired and are now looking to onboard an IT Infrastructure/Service Delivery Manager into the IT function.

They are going through an aggressive growth strategy witha road map for transformation and development.

The main purpose of this role is to ensure the delivery of efficient and customer focused IT Infrastructure and service delivery support across business via strategic partners and internal IT resources.

Role responsibilities

  • Overseeing the endtoend delivery and conducting multiple rounds of quality assurance, to guarantee that the quality meets the expectations and requirements of the internal stakeholders and organisation.
  • Managing a team of third parties and ensuring they deliver a service that meets the expectations of the clients.
  • Actively explore service improvement opportunities and exploit the use of the MSP and MSSP providers to achieve maximum value.
  • Maintain external relationships with suppliers, in conjunction with the Director of IT to ensure effective and coordinated provision of support services in relation to the agreed SLA's/OLA's, and to monitor compliance.
  • Working closely with the Enterprise Application Support Manager to ensure efficient service delivery support.
Role requirement

  • Extensive experience managing a team of third parties.
  • Hands on IT Professional/Service Delivery Manager and good understanding of security protocol, including the implementation and support of ISO7000
  • Excellent communicates skills as you will be engaging Directors, senior managers, company staff and representatives of vendor organisations with on a daytoday basis.
  • Experience being an active member of the IT Senior Leadership team
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Minimum of 10+ years' experience working within an infrastructure environment.
  • Thorough understanding of the provision of IT Infrastructure services.
