Description
We are currently seeking a ER Advisor who will be available for an ongoing assignment.

  • Give advice and guidance on hr related issues
  • Attend meetings with management to understand potential issues.
  • Provide solutions
  • Employee relations such as:
- disciplinaries, grievance, absence, etc

  • Instigate and carry out investigations
  • Coordinate on documentation and agree action plans
  • Contribute to the development of new and revised policies.
You will need to have experience in a generalist role with an emphasis on employee relations.
Up to date with employment law and working regulations.
CIPD or equiv. Able to start from Monday 13th February.
