Vibrance has an exciting opportunity available for you to join the team as a Recruiter based in our Bethnal Green head office. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis working 35 hours per week Monday to Friday.In return, you will receive a salary of £24,755 per annum plus benefits.

Vibrance is a registered charity supporting adults with additional needs in London and Essex.

What we are looking for in our Recruiter:

• The ability to prioritise tasks.
• Experience dealing with compliance, especially within social care.
• High level administration skills.
• A good understanding of the health and social care sector.
• Confidence when dealing with a variety of stakeholders in person, online and by telephone.
• Experience working with ATS systems.
• Experience of working with job boards.

Duties will include:

• Develop and update job descriptions, job specifications and post jobs on various platforms (including social media) to attract candidates.
• Screen CVs and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation.
• Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects.
• Conducting background verifications including DBS, references and right to work.
