    Global Operations and Automation (GO&A) exist 'To enable HSBC with Bank wide process transformation capabilities through resilient and scalable intelligent automation technology and services. The team are truly global: developing and delivering change across all key markets supported by HSBC with a host of leading technologies. They provide technology ownership of several hundred applications that are integral to the successful support to HSBC Global Operations. Transformational change remains primary across the current book of work, delivering products and capabilities to enable faster and more streamlined services to customers of the global businesses and functions.

    The Process and Business Intelligence Outcome Lead job has accountability for end-to-end delivery of a discrete set of Technology Services within the Business Intelligence and Analytics areas and will have control over end-to-end Technology services for one or more Products/Customer Journeys/Applications and plays a key role in defining the GB/GF Technology Strategy.

    In this role you will:

  • Ensures alignment of the Technology roadmap and strategy with the agreed Outcome OKRs organisation design, location strategy, process optimisation and technology governance.
  • Is accountable for end-to-end technology outcome delivery, managing creation and deployment of technology solutions for customers.
  • Tracks and communicates feasibility of delivery within Outcome Streams, supporting investment cases, hypothesis testing, and analysing demand from Outcome Streams.
  • Assesses feasibility of existing solutions' replication and generate appropriate solution proposal, assess feasibility of delivery for proposed solutions and the readiness to build them to support prioritisation of backlog.
  • ·Work with Head of Software Engineering, Architects, Product Transformation Leads and Platform Leads to drive the agenda of solution pattern evolvement and enabler roadmap development.

    Requirements

    To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

    ·Experience working as an IT Project/Programme Manager with a focus on Process Intelligence within Financial Services.

    ·Ideally you will have previous/current experience of Process Mining using ARIS or Celonis.

    ·Previous experience managing Dataset using SQL.

    ·Demonstratable experience with Cloud Technologies (GCP or Azure).

    ·Experience of DevOps/DevSecOps or SCALE Agile processes.

    This role is based in Sheffield.
