    Technical Product Engineer

    We are seeking a Technical Product Engineer to join our innovative team. This role is ideal for a technical individual with a strong background in both front-end and back-end technologies. The successful candidate will be instrumental in leading the next phase of delivery for our core B2B platform, focusing on automation and enhancing functionality.

    Day to Day of the role:

    • Lead a team through sprints to deliver the next phase of the platform within set timelines.
    • Manage user onboarding, mediate quotations and purchasing, and facilitate shipping.
    • Coordinate with the CEO and Head of Operations for regular updates and strategic planning.
    • Gather feature requests, schedule releases, and coordinate sprints.
    • Contribute to the development cycle of new products and applications.
    • Engage in stakeholder management and maintain clear communication across all levels of the organisation.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • Strong technical background with proficiency in Frontend technologies (Typescript, , SSR, React hooks, Material UI, React query) and Backend technologies (Java 17, Spring boot 3, AWS services, , CI/CD etc).
    • Experience leading and managing a team in a technical environment.
    • Ability to gather feature requests, schedule releases, and coordinate sprints.
    • Experience in a startup environment, preferably within the fintech, commodities, or logistics industry.
    • Ambition to step into a senior leadership role and potentially head up the technology department within 12-18 months.
    • Comfortable with regular high-level interactions and meetings.
    • Strong stakeholder management and clear communication skills.
