They are looking for a Account Executive who has brilliant judgement, with an exceptional attention to detail who delivers excellent customer service.

- Deliver exceptional customer service and managing all customer requirements effectively.
- Produce quotations which meet client requirements, with clear product information
- Ensure CRM is kept up to date with accurate client records
- Identify complaints and ensure effectively managed by the right department
- Deal with all queries in a timely manner in line with set SLA's
- Understand the businesses full product range
- Understand the legal principles or insurance and insurance contracts including the organisations obligations to insurers
- Competent in all windows programmes, not limited to word, excel and outlook
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work alone or as part of a team
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Must have 2 years minimum experience working with a broking or underwriting environment
- Cert CII qualification is preferred
- Educated to GCSE level
