    Title:GERMAN admin support in Manchester

    Location: Manchester (central )

    Salary : £23,000 + bonus, 25 days holiday (and additional 8 UK bank holidays) + other bens

    Work style: HYBRID Monday & Tuesday (2 days) are wfh. 3 days in the office

    Hours: Flexible 9-5.30am ( but you can start or leave earlier depending on work load)

    Company : This is a technology platform for the Automotive industry that ensures that suppliers of parts or services to clients such as BMW are compliant when it comes to Sustainability , ethical policies, antislavery and other Human Rights and environmental issues . The team is a tight knit group who all work together to ensure that automotive suppliers are compliant with all their environmental and other legal obligations. It's a nice role with a great team and is fully bilingual German/English .

    This is a " document checking role" and is viewed as a key appointment : If suppliers fill in forms inaccurately they are deemed " non-compliant" & will automatically lose their hard-won supplier status to clients including BMW, VW and others. There are real-world impacts to this role.

    Duties:

    This primarily an administrative, proofreading and checking role. There is no direct client interaction (this is not a call centre) and the job role requires a very refined eye for detail

    • Managing a portfolio of 30 SAQ's per day to be completed over 5 working days.
    • Sending out Supplier Assurance Questionnaires ( SAQ's ) to automotive suppliers across Germany. These can take from 10 minutes to 40 minutes for supplier to complete
    • Ensuing all the administration and documents around supplier validations are completed on time
    • Ensuring suppliers have received documents and understand them
    • Proofreading, checking and verifying that all documents are filled in correctly, and uploaded correctly onto the supplier platform.
    • Managing any documentation changes
    • Validating and signing off on the documents

    REQUIREMENTS
