    About the role


    The Global Finance Services (GFS) is the Global shared service provider for Reckitt for each of the GBUs namely Hygiene, Health, Nutrition & e-business and Greater China. In partnership with our offshore team and Partner IBM our aim is to provide best in class services across Reckitt, leveraging technology, data, strong controls, and efficient, standardised end to end processes to optimise the cost to serve. GFS act as custodians of consistent quality, control and best-practice and deploy a robust operational excellence framework.

    Your responsibilities


    In summary, you'll:

    -Provide financial oversight within GFS across all aspects of the financial matters of Business Services. This will include; Budgetary planning,Cost Analysis and Optimisation of both internal and 3rd Party costs including both BAU and Transformation/Transition costs

    - Perform monthly reporting including explanation of variances

    -Liaise with relevant stakeholders and Pro-actively manage GFS Finances with an aim to deliver best value for money and ensure GFS Financials are within Plan/Forecast.

    -Inform GFS Tower Directors on cost of their function by having monthly connect on the Financial Performance of their Towers/Area.

    -Understand key drivers of IBM Productivity and keep a track of the actual delivery vs agreed financials per the contract.

    The experience we're looking for


    -Qualified ACA/CIMA with minimum 5 years PQE

    -Demonstrable success leading and engaging a team of direct reports.

    -Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders through superior communication and presentation skills.

    -Experience of working in a complex, Matrix organisation with a global scope.

    -FMCG experience desirable but not essential.
