30 hours
over three days (between Monday and Friday). We offer

Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively
- Handle a high volume of customer enquiries in a fast paced environment
- Assist customers with account inquiries, billing questions, and technical support
- Analyse customer needs and recommend appropriate services or products
- Utilize Salesforce CRM system to document customer interactions and update customer information
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with customers
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Familiarity with financial services and products is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
- Detailoriented with strong organizational skills
Please note, in order to be considered for this role you must be,
eligible to work in the UK, able to
reliably commute to Liverpool City Centre for work and
available full time or 30 hours over three days between Monday and Friday.

£21,126.00-£22,430.00 per year
