    Our health visitors are supportedby our clinical specialists, clinical team leaders, service managers and oursafeguarding team to provide excellent professional practice and to furtherdevelop their skills and knowledge.

    Job responsibilities

    The post holder is responsible for delivering theHealthy Child Programme. Health Visitors carry continuing responsibility forthe assessment of health needs, including the development, implementation andevaluation of packages of care. To support the development and implementationof processes and audit to improve the delivery of the Healthy Child Programmeto clients within the FCHC area leading to improved childrens health outcomes.To support and line manage skill mix within the 0-19 teams.
