    We are currently looking for driven leader to join our Diversey UK Sales Team.

    As a Regional Sales Manager you will be responsible for the management of a team of Territory Sales Managers in addition to territory budgets.

    You will work with your team to exceed targets and maintain existing accounts within your given region.
    To drive sales growth in line with the company's budgetary and strategic objectives throughout our territory sales organisation.

    To ensure that we are consistently delivering best in class customer care and meeting all of our contractually agreed service levels through our territory sales organisation.

    Building and maintaining multi-level strong customer relationships
    Develop, coach and own all aspects of performance management for your TSM team
    You will lead project execution and set clear, challenging and obtainable goals for team members, in line with our strategic priorities whilst providing support, direction and the removal of barriers
    You will have an understanding of the trends and needs of the region in order to develop a prospect pipeline for new accounts within the Region
    Implement National Account development and strategic management plan
    Establish sales plan by territory & mange activity to achieve goals and targets in line with the UK budgetary expectations
    Previous experience of managing a sales team and the ability to drive ownership of a territory with an entrepreneur manor
    Strong IT and CRM skills
    Product, process demonstration & training skills and analytical skills to Interpret account information
