My client have tasked us to supply them with a driven and experienced Contracts Manager to work on large Modular Projects.

Develop and negotiate contracts that are clear and easy to understand for all parties involved.

• Ensure that contracts align with project objectives, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Implement strategies to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project compliance with applicable laws and standards.
• Monitor contract compliance and legal adherence in collaboration with legal experts.
• Evaluate the impact of changes on project cost, schedule, and performance, negotiating modifications as necessary and maintaining accurate records.
• Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, addressing and resolving disputes to maintain positive relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

3 years experience minimum as a Project Manager / Contracts Manager

• Experience working on large Modular / MMC Projects
• Strong organisation and planning ability

Pension Contribution

• 25 Days AL + Bank Holidays
• 5% Bonus
