    As a Marketing Specialist within Our Global B2B Travel team, your role will be multifaceted and dynamic.

    • Your responsibilities will include collaborating closely with the Global B2B Travel team to refine and implement the team's marketing plan. Your expertise will be crucial in developing and driving core messaging and marketing materials into the market.
    • You will be responsible for designing and executing multi-channel content marketing campaigns, and supporting the team's initiatives to enhance market awareness of B2B Travel payment capabilities.
    • Your experience with event marketing will come into play as you manage our participation in industry events and sponsorship activations.
    • You'll also provide product marketing support for our B2B Travel Intermediaries capabilities, and contribute to strategic prioritization of targeted products.
    • Building and maintaining relationships with global colleagues across various departments and time zones will be a key part of your role. You'll provide thought leadership, contribute to strategy and program development, and conduct data-driven analysis to support market initiatives and product launches.
    • Your knowledge of B2B travel and Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) will be essential in promoting best practice product & content marketing practices. You'll combine this with creative content creation and storytelling to craft compelling product narratives that enhance the B2B Travel story and global presence.
    • You'll manage allocated budgets for the wider team, look after admin, maintain accurate forecasting, and develop metrics, reports, and dashboards to guide business decisions.
    • You will have experience of managing agency relationships/collaborating with marketing & design agencies and adhering to timelines.
    • This role requires a high level of autonomy, requiring both strategic thinking and execution skills.

    What we're after

    • Bachelor's degree/Master's degree, or equivalent professional experience
    • Experience in B2B travel in marketing or related field
    • Sales enablement, agency management and product and content marketing experience
    • English language to a native/fluent or bilingual standard
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Demonstrable experience managing complex projects, external agencies and senior stakeholder relationships in multiple markets.
    • High level product marketing experience
    • SaaS or technology background within finance/banking sector
    • Hands-on campaign management including email, automation and CRM tools
