London - Covering South of England

£38k - 45k per year + £5500 car allowance + 5% bonus

We are currently seeking to hire a full time Asbestos Consultant Surveyor to work from home but cover the South of England.

Our UKAS accredited asbestos division, provides a range of asbestos surveying and consultancy services on a national basis with a team of competent surveyors backed by our lead consultant and Director, Ian Gulliford who is a BOHS Certified Competent Person.

The work is commercially focused, concentrating on large property portfolios as well as single sites for major managing agents such as Cushman & Wakefield, Lee Baron and Workman, corporates and property investment companies.

The Role

We are looking to strengthen the team with the recruitment of a Consultant Surveyor, experienced in a wide range of surveying and with substantial experience of working on their own.

The job reports to an Asbestos Team Manager and works alongside othersurveyors in the business.

The role is home based and would suit someone ideally living in the Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Middlesex or Essex areas.
Easy access to London and the motorway network is essential.

The Consultant Surveyor must be prepared to work with clients acrossthe south of England with occasional trips to South Wales and the SW (Exeter) although the majority of visits will be closer to home.

Working away from home will be required depending on workloads and your geographical location.

Good interpersonal skills are required for developing and maintaining relationships with clients - and it is essential that surveyors are capable of using their initiative, sorting out problems that may arise, with help as necessary from the operations teamin Leeds.

There is potential for an energetic surveyor, with a positive "can-do" attitude to contribute to the growth and continued success of the business.

**PACKAGE

Salary of between £38,000 £45,000 (dependant upon experience/qualifications/geographical location)
Car Allowance up to £5,500 per annum
Annual bonus
Mileage rate
25 days a year holiday
