Customer Service Administrator (9 month contract) / Dartford /£20, ,000

Overview:

My client, a market leading, manufacturer is looking to recruit a skilled customer service administrator. The role will be heavily administration based and ensure that the day-to-day sales activities are conducted accurately.


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Answer calls and provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain and build relationships with customers
  • Proactively sell, maintain and expand sales of products
  • Process sales orders
  • Proactively liaise with internal teams

Essential Skills & Experience:


  • Good communication skills and proven teamwork skills across and with other departments
  • Proficient IT skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, presentation, organisational and report writing skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication

Package:


  • Salary (£20,000 £23,000)
  • 1 day work from homer per week
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • 35 hour working week
