    WANTED:

    Cut above the rest? Love ice cream? We are looking for a BUSINESS DEVELPMENT MANAGER to join our fast growing and innovative ice cream brand.

    COMPANY:

    NORTHERN BL°C is a fast growing brand, manufacturing the highest quality, natural ice cream. We do things differently. We LOVE ice cream and we are passionate about making it the best. We work hard to achieve our goals but we have fun whilst we do it.

    ROLE:

    We've gone from working with a small number of foodservice wholesalers in the north (our HQ is in Leeds), to having full UK wide coverage. We now need someone who can work with some of those wholesalers based in the North, to help them grow with us. The products you'll be working with are of the very highest level of quality and innovation, and the reaction to them will blow your mind. They're simply a pleasure to sell

    As we continue to grow we're looking for an amazing NORTHERN BASED Regional Business Development Manager who is capable of working with both wholesalers and end users, forging strong relationships and ultimately rocketing our sales even further.

    For the right person, there's a good package available. But, certain attributes and experiences are absolutely essential

    It's more important to us the type of person you are, than how much experience you have.

    Experience in field sales accompaniments, exhibitions and sales presentations required. You'll be working with a super- premium product range, so experience in premium/high end products is necessary. We're looking for individuals who have attention to detail and great at forming relationships.

    Commercial understanding is key, you'd have considerable influence in future growth, so it's essential you have a good understanding of how the foodservice wholesale sector works.

    IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

    // Current BDM / RSM working within food.

    // Understanding of foodservice wholesale channel

    // Willingness to travel regularly throughout UK (UK Driving License)

    // Good presentation, planning & communication skills

    // Passion, energy and a "will do" attitude

    // Confident & self-motivated

    // A people person- and a team player

    LOCATION:

    HOME BASED – NORTHERN BASED ROLE.

    Regular / daily travel around the North of England and to our HQ in Leeds
