- Commercial Account Handler - with a good knowledge of Insurance products to include Cross Class Commercial, Professional Indemnity, Commercial Combined, Property, Property Owners & Motor Fleet.
- Dealing with individual business clients as well as medium sized portfolios, with average premiums ranging between £25,000 - £250,000
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with insurers and customers alike
- Produce correspondence to required timeframes and quality standards
- Issuing and processing new business documents, mid-term adjustments, cancellations and renewals
- Work closely with the account executives on new business exercises, maintaining existing clients and to be involved in broking and negotiating renewals
- Where necessary, produce and maintain spreadsheets, bordereaux and databases to enhance data presentation, analysis, and storage
- 4 years experience in working for an Insurance Broker
- A good understanding of Commercial insurance products.
- Have the ability to efficiently manage a varied workload, whilst working towards strict deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Commercial awareness and a keen interest in business
