We are seeking a
Legal Secretary to join our client based in the Richmond area on a full time, permanent basis.
As the successful Legal Secretary our duties will include:
- Supporting one or more Fee Earners with all aspects of their role
- Liaising with clients in a professional, supportive and friendly manner
- Preparation of correspondence and documents through audio typing and word processing
- File management on both electronic and paperbased systems and ensuring files are in compliance with all compliance requirements
- Extensive diary management and support with court logistics
- Greeting clients, answering the phone, general office duties
