    Jefferies are seeking an experienced professional with experience managing 3rd party risk to assist on delivery of the Digital Operational Resilience Act mandate (DORA).

    • Support implementation of the Third-Party Risk pillar of DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act), in particular, integration of DORA-requirements into the Firm's established Vendor Risk Management/Outsourcing governance framework, to ensure the Firm is compliant with DORA regulations by mid-January 2025.
    • Perform system and process assessment and provide analysis and guidance.
    • Support the design and delivery of potential solutions, new automations of assessments/templates and workflows and integration into existing technology landscape.
    • Oversee the implementation of key works streams and approved process improvements.
    • Work closely with SMEs and broader business functions to facilitate compliance with DORA requirements.
    • Contribute to EU and Global Policy and procedure developments to ensure the Firm has an effective internal governance and control framework.
    • Support TPRM and Outsourcing remediation programs.

    Experience / Requirements

    • Previous experience working in Third Party Risk Management / regulatory Outsourcing within in Financial Services or consultancy.
    • Experience in regulatory compliance projects and ability to analyze regulatory documents.
    • Knowledge of EU DORA or Operation Resilience projects
    • Excellent knowledge of EBA Outsourcing and TPRM regulations / TPRM Lifecyle
    • Excellent knowledge of process and internal controls design
    • Good stakeholder management skills
    • Experience with automatic workflow tools and other automatic solutions in the context of Outsourcing/TPRM is beneficial.
