    Alexander Lloyd are pleased to be partnering with a rapidly growing re-insurer in the broking arena and their London office on a key hire of a Vice President of Compliance / Head of Compliance.

    This individual will need previous reinsurance/broking experience from a Lloyd's broker, as well as certification/SMF holding to be considered for the role.

    If you also have experience in Oversees entity compliance management that would be an advantage.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for:

    • Acting as the primary contact with the global broking teams and the corporate functions
    • Advising on and drafting of TOBAs, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements, Transfer of Business Agreements and other related contractual or insurance documents.
    • Advising upon potential sanctions issues
