    Job Description

    Management Accountant

    • Prepare monthly management accounts and reports.
    • Participate in annual budgeting and forecasting activities.
    • Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analysing actual results with plans and forecasts.
    • Improve financial status by analysing results and variances; identifying trends; recommending actions.
    • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
    • Comply with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements.
    • Update job knowledge by keeping abreast with new regulations; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.
    • Protect operations by keeping financial information confidential.

    The Successful Applicant

    A successful Management Accountant should have:

    • Actively studying CIMA or ACCA
    • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
    • Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Strong organisational and communication skills.
    • A self-motivated, team player mentality.
