The Role
ISS is proud to be one of the UK's leading Facilities Management providers.

They have various teams who are dedicated to delivering high quality services that enhance the culture, strategy and business performance of the customers they serve.

As the Facilities Co-ordinator you will be overseeing a small team in a fast paced office, ensuring excellent customer service is consistently being delivered.

Additionally, you will be in control of front of house duties such as managing the post, budget targets and office supplies stock.

This is an exciting opportunity to demonstrate your expertise around healthcare whilst supervising a large team at a place where personal development and progression is an important part of our business

Key Responsibilities

Being the central point of contact for the Facilities Management as well as answering the main office enquires through various mediums
Act as a company ambassador by promoting excellent work ethic and creating a positive work environment for all staff
Deliver and develop exciting and memorable inductions for new staff, provide visitor badges or ID cards and monitor staff progress
Assist in monthly data management ensuring all staff are correctly inputting their data in the company systems

Experience and Qualifications

Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast pace high demand office environment
Hold a First Aid or Health and Safety qualification
IOSH Managing Safely training is desirable but not required
Good Microsoft skills especially knowledge using Excel
