Hosting an ambitious year-round program of original work and unique events, Factory International builds on MIF's legacy, hosting the festival every other year at its new home and other venues across Greater Manchester.

Fundraising Manager
Location :
Hybrid (iconic new Manchester location and home)
Contract :
Permanent (full-time or 4 days considered)
Benefits : 25 days holiday (+ bank holidays), matched 5% employer pension contribution
About the Role As the Fundraising Manager, you'll work with creative and visionary philanthropists and donors who want to be part of Factory International's fabric and what it represents for Manchester.
This includes using data insights, donor intelligence, and exceptional stewardship to increase support and engagement.About You To excel in this role, you should be a skilled relationship manager who can thrive alongside creatives, artists, and other talented fundraisers.
Confidence in networking with high-net-worth individuals and philanthropists, and the ability to make fundraising asks, is essential. Meeting and exceeding fundraising targetsBuilding and nurturing donor relationships
Communicating the value of art and its impact on communities
The ideal candidate should have a flexible, life, and family-friendly approach, open to discussing how the role can work with personal circumstances.
