Optimise by Recruitment are working with an industry-leading organisation who help customers increase their revenue via review platforms.

Our client has exceptional growth plans for the next few years, which means that now is a great time for an experiencedSales Manager to join their young and enthusiastic team in York.


Your role will involve showing prospective customers the organisations platforms via online demonstrations with the aim of gaining contracted business from them.

Other activity may also be required to further develop the business and its brand awareness, such as educational webinars. You will be expected to suggest and develop partnerships with third parties and digital marketing agencies who refer business.

Youwill be required, at times, to travel to meet face to face with prospects and partners to cement the relationship and win new business.

  • Have great communication skills
  • Experience in B2B Sales
  • Be able to act on their own initiative where appropriate
  • Be able to work as part of a small team
  • Be able to work to prioritise their workload efficiently to ensure that they meet required targets
  • Have some experience in working for a technology business
  • Understand the importance of maintaining a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform to a high standard
