Dunbar Education, a leading recruitment agency specialising in education, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Support Mentor to join an SEN School team.

This role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges.

Provide tailored support to students with SEN, particularly focusing on SEMH needs.
Work collaboratively with teaching staff and SENCO to create a supportive learning environment.
Assist in the development and implementation of individualised behaviour plans.
Full-time availability; no part-time candidates will be considered.
Minimum of 6 months experience working within a school setting, preferably in SEN.
Availability to work during term times.
