If so, then this is your chance to join our Health and Social Care Partnership as a Social Care Officer, in the Supported Living Team, within Perth and Kinross.
Experience is not necessary as all training will be provided.Our team provide supportive care to vulnerable service users with varying learning disabilities and mental health to allow them to live independently in their own homes and their community.
