    ~ Remote working, with some requirement for in person meetings as agreed. 15 th May 2024 About NeonDaisy NeonDaisy is a Bristol-based social enterprise working with neurodivergent girls and gender non-conforming young people and their families. We run neuro-affirmative autistic-led groups for young people to connect with others as their true selves, as well as helping parents and professionals to be allies to neurodivergent young people. We're committed to helping our neurodiverse team to bloom; Role summary This is an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact on the wellbeing of autistic young people through your efficient behind-the-scenes coordination. You'll be responsible for the smooth running of two of our creative youth groups for autistic young people which run between September and March. You'll create and work to a project plan so the groups run efficiently and on time. This will involve coordinating our team of neurodivergent group facilitators and our partners, along with liaising with parents over the phone and on email. As well as this, you'll support with other administrative tasks as needed to ensure the business runs efficiently. You don't tend to get bogged down in detail, but you do like to see your projects through from start to finish. Coordinating youth groups
    ~ Creating and working to a project delivery plan for the successful delivery of two youth groups running concurrently between September 2024 and March 2025
    ~ Coordinating and supporting a neurodiverse network of group facilitators, volunteers and partners to ensure everyone has the information they need to work efficiently before and during the project, eg:

    • Coordinating training workshops, meetings and supervision session
    • Working with NeonDaisy facilitators to ensure there are no barriers to inclusion/access
    Liaising with parents/carers via phone calls and emails to ensure smooth flow of information.
    Responding to ad hoc queries about the groups.

    General business support
    Database management
    Maintaining quality of record keeping
    Scheduling and coordinating policy reviews
    Proven experience of coordinating people-led projects successfully (within the non-profit sector preferred although this isn't essential)
    Proven experience in a business support, administrative or secretarial role

    For example, able to focus on delivering on priorities while managing overlapping projects and competing deadlines.

    Flexible approach:
    Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

    Willingness to travel to occasional face to face meetings with team in Bristol area
    Availability to work in the school holidays
