    The AccountExecutive will manage and upsell a portfolio of art galleriesacross Europe Middle East and Africa. As an Account Executive youwill report to the Sales Lead in the EMEA region and be responsiblefor growing your book of business through subscription revenueupsells and managing client best practices to drive artwork salesand grow Artsys marketplace.

    This is atargetoriented team where your contributions have a direct impacton Artsys bottom line. All account executives have individualtargets and KPIs to achieve quarterly. The role involves workingwith a discerning clientele having highlevel strategicconversations and delivering sales at scale. You will use internaldata to make smart decisions and identify areas of opportunitiesfor your gallery partners to ensure a successful partnership andtheir ongoing engagement with the platform. You will be anambassador for Artsy with new and existing galleries and pitch ourvalue proposition and mission of expanding the art market tosupport more artists and art worldwide. Salary will be base pluscommission.

    What YoullDo:

    • Maintain active relationshipswith Artsys gallery partners directly managing a portfolio of 150accounts
    • Identify opportunities to upsellpartners and renew annual subscriptions to meet and exceed revenuegrowth goals
    • Maintain a full pipeline ofopportunities and support high velocity through the sales funnelusing Artsys core sales operating systems (i.e.Salesforce).
    • Working crossfunctionally with NewBusiness Partner Support Operations and Marketing among otherfunctions to drive initiatives that would support thesegalleries
    • Provide strategic support formanaging galleries online profiles and inventory on Artsyidentifying opportunities to maximise onplatformtransactions
    • Contribute to developing andexecuting regionalstrategies

    • You arecurrently authorized to live and work inLondon
    • This position is part ofa team based in London with expectations of 23 days inoffice
    • 35 years of work experience in a B2Bsales or account management role with a proven track record inclient retention upsells and/or customeracquisition
    • Deep interest and/or experienceworking in the art industry
    • Extremelyselfmotivated and solutionsoriented with a drive to succeed and canwork independently.
    • Metricsdriven andresultsoriented
    • Demonstrates excellent verbaland written communications skills and has practiced this in acustomer or clientfacing role
    • Ability to remaincalm under pressure can excel under timesensitive deadlines andthink strategically to problem solve when necessary maintains apositive outlook in difficult situations demonstrates emotionalresilience
    • Experienced in using a CRM systemsuch as Salesforce
