    Title: Senior HR Advisor

    Locations: Warwick (hybrid)

    Salary: Circa £40,000

    Job type: Full-Time (3 days in office, 2 days WFH one must be Friday)

    Working Pattern: 37 hours per week; Monday to Thursday 08:00–16:30, Friday 08:00–13:00

    Latham & Bond HR is supporting a Warwickshire-based manufacturing company in its search for a Senior HR Advisor. This role will involve providing generalist HR guidance across all areas of the client's business, supporting the employee relations team, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and employment legislation. The ideal candidate will help uphold the client's core values which include Customer Focus, Entrepreneurial Spirit, Flexibility, Innovation, Integrity, Quality, and Sustainability.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Employee Relations: Manage complex cases for our client, such as disciplinary, grievance, medical capability, and TUPE.
    • Legal Compliance: Ensure our client complies with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.
    • Policy Development and Communication: Assist in the development and communication of HR policies for our client.
    • Conflict Resolution: Mediate conflicts and recommend solutions for our client.
    • Employee Support: Provide support and facilitate communication between our client's staff and management.
    • Performance Management: Guide our client's managers on performance reviews and improvement plans.
    • Employee Engagement: Help our clients enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
    • Employee Wellbeing Programs: Support our client in implementing employee wellbeing initiatives.
    • Documentation and Reporting: Manage documentation and maintain records of employee relations issues for our client.
    • Training and Development: Deliver training and coaching to our client's employees to enhance HR practices.
    Qualifications / Experience:
    • Essential: CIPD Level 5, extensive HR generalist experience, strong knowledge of employment law, proficiency in conflict resolution, and implementation of well-being programs.
    • Desirable: CIPD Level 7, experience in a unionised or manufacturing environment, professional qualifications in Microsoft Office, IOSH, and MHFA.
