    Reliability Maintenance Engineer

    Harmonizing precision and performance, we seek a Reliability Maintenance Engineer at Kellanova With responsibility in analyzing plant performance and managing the reliability through the maintenance schedule and SAP, you'll be the expert of uptime. Your role in the Reliability Maintenance team will be instrumental in developing the weekly, monthly, and annual plans for the Manchester Plant. You will routinely develop and review reliability maintenance task performance, continuously improve tasks and be responsible for the assigned area maintenance budget. Whilst this role is primarily focused on the reliability of the equipment, you will also have the ability to work on impactful projects

    This is a fixed term position, however, dependent on performance there would be multiple opportunities to progress into our European Engineering team in the future. This opportunity sits in a very collaborative and supportive team. Whilst you will have the ability to add value to the team, they will also look to educate and strengthen each individuals' areas of knowledge.     A Taste of What You'll Be Doing

    • Technical Support - You will provide technical support and expertise to the plant operational teams managing the maintenance shutdown execution within the plant.
    • Equipment repairs – This role will support the plant operations team to resolve equipment issues impacting plant performance, through the escalation process.
    • Leading by example – Collaborate with the operations management and supervision to ensure the craft and contract teams have appropriate training and development plans to enable them to maintain and repair the equipment efficiently.
    • Safety focus – Champion safe working practice ensuring works carried out under the control of the engineer, meets current legislation and Kellanova standards.
    • Task Management – Assigning maintenance tasks to designation craft and contract teams, ensuring that maintenance execution is to schedule by following good planning practice and monitoring task completion.

    We're Looking for Someone With

    • A HNC education
    • Engineering experience within the food and beverage industry
    • An ability to lead, coach and motivate a team on a day-to-day basis.
    • Computer literate with a thorough understanding of SAP and Microsoft Office software applications.
