Who we are looking for:

As a CNC Setter / Operator, you will be responsible for taking the measurements for setting the machine, adjusting the machine presenter, and performing periodic quality checks on the products made by the machine.

What you'll do:

Set up, program, and operate twin spindle, multiaxis CNC turning center's.
Set up and operate CNC machines to Manufacture parts according to specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders.
Perform basic math calculations to ensure accurate measurements and dimensions.
Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
Maintain and troubleshoot CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

What you bring:

Previous experience of programming, setting, and running CNC Turning Center's, lathes with multi spindle and multi turret simultaneous machining.
Essential in Mazak & Citizen Miyano machining knowledge
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and engineering drawings.
Knowledge of SolidWorks, CAD, and other software used in CNC programming.
Familiarity with logic controllers and tooling used in CNC operations.
Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to use hand tools for assembly and adjustments.
Essential that you have a strong knowledge of multiaxis turning and that you are used to working from bar and can design programs.

Hours:

7pm until 7 am - Monday to Thursday
