    We have a brand new and exciting 6 month contract, for an IT professional, with 1st or 2nd line systems support experience, who is keen to develop their infrastructure knowledge and career.

    In this role, you will be triaging tickets that have been escalated by your service desk colleagues and interacting with internal customers and 3rd party suppliers, to successfully bring issues and incidents to a close.

    In addition to the above, you will also have lots of opportunities to take on projects, proof of concepts, and the trialling of new tools and software.

    Maintaining the day-to-day operations of IT systems, by monitoring, analysing and correcting system support issues and errors
    Assure the integrity, performance and security of IT systems
    Manage the deployment of services, within production and test environments
    Create and maintain documentation as it relates to system configuration, mapping, processes and service records

    Previous experience supporting Microsoft/Azure systems at 1st or 2nd line is essential, along with being able to configure and support Microsoft 365 technologies.

    A good understanding of how the ITIL Framework supports IT Support Engineers and of IT architecture and design.
