**Senior Nurse - Younger persons unit

West London £21 p/h / circa £45,000 p/a**Eclypse Recruitment are currently looking to recruit a Senior Nurse for a small YPD nursing unit within this nursing home in West London.

We are seeking a Senior Staff Nurse for this home with good strong clinical skills but able to lead and delegate junior staff and get involved with the management team within the home.

You will be guided and supported by the Unit Manager.

CRITERIA

Registered Nurse
RGN/ RN/ RMN/ RNLD
Active Registration on the NMC
Experience within a nursing home ideally
Passion for working in this environment
Experience at a senior level as a Nurse
Clinically competent

**The Role
**We need an experienced Nurse for this Senior Nurse position as you need to be clinically hands on whilst delegating junior staff and working with the management team to maintain high standards of care.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Nurse seeking to progress their career - you will be working both clinical and supernumery

**Salary/ Hours
**up to £21 per hour you will work 36-42 hours per week band 6 equivalent
