My client, a well-known reputable independent Estate Agent in the area
, are looking for a motivated and adaptable
PROPERTY PARTNERto join their successful team covering the
Hempstead and Rainham area.

Key duties:

Generating valuations
Carrying out valuations
Canvassing
Listing properties
Accompanied viewings
Negotiating ad agreeing offers
Canvassing

and door knocking

Present in property videos

Requirements:

Good communication skills
Full UK driving licence
Valuation/listing experience essential
Good knowledge of the local area a bonus
Team player
Selfmotivated and hardworking
Keen interest in the property industry
Able to work under pressure
Wellpresented and professional appearance
Good attention to detail and organised
Customer focused
