    Job summary

    The ideal candidate must be competent using Microsoft Excel and be computer literate, have an eye for detail and be able to work well within a team as well as solo.

    This can be a very demanding role and changescan occur at any given time so flexibility, communication, organisation, accuracy and multi tasking are all key to the success of the role,

    Main duties of the job

    We are looking for a motivated, friendly, experienced individual to join our Scheduling Team and work alongside a team of three, in order to support with the planning and uploading of the schedules onto our clinical system.

    Experience of using SystmOne would be an advantage, however training will be given to the right candidate

    Desirable Skills for Lead Role:

    -Managing a team, ie conducting appraisals, return to work meetings, annual leave and ensuring the team's well-being.

    -Liaising confidently between senior management teams and other department heads

    -Workload management. Managing the team's inbox, the allocation of work and project support.
