- Utilise your extensive knowledge of construction management best practices, with a focus on utilities diversions for HS2 related works
- Apply relevant safety qualifications such as IOSH Managing Safely to maintain a secure work environment and uphold regulatory requirements
- Demonstrate proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and project management methodologies to efficiently manage project schedules, resources, and communication channels
- Exercise operational and commercial awareness within the utilities sector, ensuring alignment with industry standards and contractual obligations, including familiarity with the IChemE Burgundy Book Form of Contract
- Collaborate with site teams, promoting strong leadership to enhance collaboration, safety, and quality standards, while monitoring project progress against P6 programme
- Possess CSCS/EUSR and SMSTS certifications, along with a keen understanding of Water Industry specifications
- Foster excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage subcontractors and direct labour, maintaining attention to detail and a proactive approach to project execution
- Take the lead in client interfaces, managing project delivery on both technical and business aspects of team outputs
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Land Surveying, or a related field.
- First Aid certification and a valid UK driving license
- Understanding of Primavera P6
- Temporary Works Co-Ordinator Training
- Hold valid CSCS, SMSTS and EUSR cards
- TWUL Safety Passport and Capital Onboarding certifications

Danny Sullivan Group are currently recruiting for a Site Manager role that I have available with a fast growing utilities' contractor working on large scale projects across the UK.
The role will see the successful candidate work on utilities diversion works as part of HS2 at Old Oak Common station.
