    Senior Controls Engineer - Thriving Role
    (Electric) Collaborator sought for expanding UK division of global business


    We are currently seeking an experienced engineer with comprehensive expertise in Siemens TIA S7-1500 to join our small but rapidly growing team.

    The role encompasses the full spectrum of responsibilities, from specification and design to programming and commissioning. If you have experience with conveyors and/or warehouse automation, that would be highly advantageous.


    Key Skills:

    • Proficiency in designing Siemens TIA S7-1500 Safety PLC and HMI/SCADA systems from scratch, with a bonus if skilled in SCL.
    • In-depth knowledge of automated warehousing and conveyor systems projects.
    • Skilled in site commissioning, fault-finding (Hardware and Software), as well as component specification and selection.
    • Competence in electrical design, including Eplan and AutoCAD.
    • Familiarity with functional safety and Sistema is a bonus.
    • Expertise in high-level interfacing and WCS.
    • Ability to manage and interface with subcontractors and other engineers.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and tenacity.
    This is a remote work opportunity, providing flexibility in location. However, the majority of current projects are concentrated in the Midlands and North London regions.


    Working Hours:
    Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm (with flexibility)
