The role will offer the training and support you would expect - to develop and expand on your existing skills provided by one of the leading Recruitment Agencies in the Area.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a role that will allow you to grow and develop to make good, consistent decisions for the business, within set parameters winning increasing autonomy as our confidence in your decision-making grows.

You will be given the support to enable you to contribute and build on the teams existing success and benefit from the rewards that go with it.

You must be computer literate and are likely to have worked in a sales environment or supported team members in your previous roles but have the desire to develop long-term business relationships through effective marketing and sales using an unrivalled set of resources including major job boards and CRM systems.

We guarantee an interesting and varied work place and the time-off to enjoy the rewards - with 33 days rising by a day each year of completed service, to 38 days holiday

Our working day starts at 8.30 am and the office closes at 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday.

We are a flexible employer and can potentially offer Full-time, or Part-time roles: our ideal is that you work a minimum of 5 hours each day Monday to Friday - and your working day does not finish before 3.00 p.m.
