- As multi skilled Electrician, all allocated jobs are completed right first time, with a whole job repair approach, providing a brilliant service for our customers.
- Testing and inspection, electrical installation and repairs
- Delivering high-quality and compliant work.
- Multi skilling to improve first time fixes and prevent multiple visits to customers' homes.
- Working in our properties across the North East. All jobs are scheduled so you know exactly where you need to be.
- City and Guilds NVQ Level 3 in electrical installation or equivalent.
- Qualified to 18th edition IET wiring regulations, electrical inspection and testing 2391 and AM2 or equivalent.
- Experience in electrical repairs, installation, testing and inspection within housing.
- Fault finding experience and an excellent knowledge to ensure electrical faults are diagnosed and repaired effectively.
- Experience in other building trade areas (multi skilled).
- A flexible approach, able to use your own initiative and judgement.
- Working Monday to Friday, you'll also take part in our out of hours service on a rota basis, receiving an additional generous on call payment of up to £525 per full week.
- Our office base is in Belmont Durham and the wider team cover the North East.
- You must be able to use technology for logging jobs, complete online learning and collaborating with other colleagues.
- You'll need a Basic DBS check done and we pay for that.
- You have a full current driving licence, as you will be provided with a company van for business use and commuting.
- 34 days leave (including bank holidays and a me day to take off for whatever you fancy) increasing to 39 days. You can also buy 5 more and take time off for volunteering too
